Fees

My standard rates are as follows:

• Individual therapy: $195 (50 minutes)

• Couple/Marriage Therapy: $210 (50 minutes)

• Family Consultation: $210 (50 minutes)

Health Insurance and Payment

I’m an Out-of-Network provider. Please request monthly superbill if your insurance covers out-of-network services. Payment in full is required at the time of service.

I do accept Lyra (Employee Assistant Program).

Cancellation Policy

Time for your therapy session is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel an appointment please notify me at least 48 prior to your scheduled session, or you’ll be required to pay for the missed session.

Confidentiality

Your patient records and information will be kept confidential and released only upon your approval or when required by law.

Good Faith Estimate Request

A healthcare provider is required to provide a Good Faith Estimate, which is an estimate for the costs of your care and includes the cost of sessions, frequency of sessions, and estimated duration of treatment. After the first appointment you may request a Good Faith Estimate document in writing.
